I’m Sid Leyva Jr., born and raised in California in a close-knit family of five. Sports have been part of my life since childhood — wrestling, football, and baseball taught me discipline, perseverance, and teamwork early on. After high school, I proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that shaped my work ethic and commitment to excellence.

With over 15 years of experience as a Fitness Coach in both box gyms and chiropractor clinics, I specialize in movement and its powerful impact on aging, fascia health, metabolism, weight loss, strength, conditioning, balance, and coordination. My mission is to help people create sustainable habits that fit their lifestyle, empowering them to live with strength, vitality, and confidence. I provide online coaching, as well as private one-on-one and group sessions.

I hold national certifications from the Institution of Motion and AMFPT in Rochester, New York, and completed the Apex program — a comprehensive blend of NASM, ACE, and ISSA education.

Athletic Achievements
After leaving the Marine Corps at age 23, I became an advanced amateur weightlifter. That same year, I broke the Hawaii State deadlift record — which had stood for 10 years — and was in position to break the world record with an 800 lb lift in the 242 lb division. I accomplished this drug-free, without the use of steroids, relying solely on dedication and discipline.

Proven Track Record
I’ve successfully built my business in Hawaii, California, Arizona, and Nevada, managing up to 35 clients in each state. My proven formula delivers results with a high retention rate, and I pride myself on providing exceptional customer service. My years of working alongside chiropractors have given me deeper insight into functional movement, injury prevention, and recovery — allowing me to tailor programs for both performance and long-term health.

  • Busy moms and professional women who want to train effectively, meal prep, and still enjoy more time with family, friends, and passions.

  • People experiencing stagnation or physical limitations from prolonged standing or sitting.

  • Clients pre- or post-surgery for knee or hip replacements, major spine surgery, or shoulder surgery — helping them regain mobility, strength, and confidence safely.

My Vision
My vision is to help people better manage — or completely overcome — their pain, while restoring their ability to move freely and confidently. I aim to serve individuals in achieving the mobility that best supports their lifestyle, so they can enjoy life without physical limitations.

If you’re not afraid of hard work, learning, and transformation, I’m the coach for you. I lead by example, continually raising the bar for myself and my clients. During the pandemic, I took up cycling and, within four months, was completing 50+ mile rides — because growth never stops.
